  Assembly process:
The process of automatic assembly machine usually consists of a series of procedures and operations such as parts loading, connection in various ways, assembly of parts at all levels, general assembly and so on.

2. Grab-shift-place mechanism Grasp or vacuum the zero (component) positioned by the escapement, then move it to another position (usually the assembly work position).
3. Automatic assembly machine working mechanism refers to the mechanism used to complete the main actions of the assembly work, such as pressing the workpiece, clamping, screwing, clamping, bonding, welding, riveting, bonding, welding to the previous component .
4. Inspection mechanism Used to inspect the parts assembled in the previous step or the work results of the previous step of the machine, such as missing parts detection, size detection, defect detection, function detection, and blanking detection.
5. Workpiece take-out mechanism A mechanism for sorting out assembled qualified and unqualified components from the machine.
